Vilarinho de S. Romão is on the frontier of the wine-growing Douro and the Trás-Os-Montes regions. Leaving the gates of the Manor, the most peaceful and diverse natural sceneries can be found, from vines grown in slate terrain, to forests, hidden valleys and arid peaks with the breathtaking scenery of the Douro river.
